How collection works here
Each bill gets a billing number. Your customer enters it in their own bank's app or at any eFAWATEERcom channel and pays from their account — no card required, and nothing new for them to install. Setup runs through a Jordanian bank and takes a few weeks; we handle the technical side of the integration.
The sequence
From bill to settled
- Enter the billCustomer name, phone number, amount, and a due date if there is one. That is the whole form.
- They get an SMSCarrying a payment code or a checkout link, depending on which gateway you are connected to.
- They pay their wayIn their banking app with the code, or by card and wallet on the checkout page.
- You see it settleThe request flips to Paid on its own. Reminders stop the moment it does.
